Any gourmand would agree, and the reputation for German food (in other countries) is that it&#8217;s stodgy and dull.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe so, maybe not, but you should try for yourself and decide. My experience is limited to the food served by the Concordia Club in Sydney which I used to frequent as a Chess player way back when.<\/p>\n<p>A hint here, if you&#8217;re going to play Chess, don&#8217;t indulge in German cooking just beforehand.
